Consultants Terms And Conditions
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all consultancy services proposed or provided by all Consultants, which are delivered entirely or partially to the proposed clients of KINGBuilder Limited.
General
- You become a registered consultant for KINGBuilder Marketing Management Limited by filling out the form here (Forms also available in all our branch office) and a Consultants Identification Number will be assigned to the Consultant.
- Upon registration, the Consultant will be added to a Consultants Forum where relevant information and updates will be given. The Consultant can also request for different advert materials (online and offline) within the Forum and the company’s various branch office.
- Minimum of a sale MUST be recorded within 5 Months of registration to confirm your consultant validity status with KINGBuilder Limited.
- The Consultant is at liberty to market and make advertisement for all projects of KINGBuilder Limited with full understanding of the terms and conditions for purchase and acquaintance with various FAQs.
Marketing
- The Consultant can conduct his/her marketing activities and make use of various available platforms as comfortable and well suited to him/her.
- The Consultant can also join the official marketing train on scheduled days which will be communicated on various platforms (s)he will be added to.
Site Inspection
- Site inspection from a Consultant is at the expense of the Consultant or as otherwise agreed with the Customer Service Relations Department of the organization.
- In locations where KINGBuilder Limited has a fully operational office outlet, Consultants can make arrangement with the Inspection officer and an agreement can be reached.
- Consultants may or may not be present for a site inspection if adequate arrangements have been made with the corresponding inspection officer.
Commission
- Commission will be 10% on Land Property sale, 5% on sales of our housing units in any of KINGBuilder Limited project or partnered project (KINGBuilder Homes) and 5% on the sale of the KINGBuilder Investment Plan.
- Commission is paid within 48 hours of properties sale into the account details which are provided at registration by the Consultant.
- The Consultant can become a Team Leader when (s)he recruits a sub-consultant and earn 5% on land sales and 3% on housing unit sales as INDIRECT COMMISSION.
- Commission will only be paid to the Consultant when the property payments have been duly confirmed by the Account Department of KINGBuilder Limited.
Training
- As a consultant with KINGBuilder Limited, you might be required to make yourself available to attend various trainings and seminars which is necessary to build your capacity.
- Training and seminar dates, venues and other related details will be sent directly as it relates to the Consultant or on the various forums where the Consultant is a member of.
- Cost of training and other forms of logistics will be as agreed on by the management of KINGBuilder Limited and the Consultant.
- Training materials (E.g Notes and take-homes) may be requested from the Consultant for the sole purpose of educating and enlightenment on the organization forums the Consultant belong to.
Confidentiality
- Throughout the duration of the Consultant’s contract arrangement, the Consultant may be exposed to KINGBuilder Limited’s confidential data. The Consultant agrees to hold all confidential data in complete confidence during the contract arrangement as well as after termination of his/her contract.
- As soon as the Consultant’s contract ends, however that happens, or earlier if KINGBuilder Limited request it, the Consultant must;
- Return all property that (s)he have or control that belongs to and relates to KINGBuilder Limited’s business including but not only limited to all documents; and
- Delete any such property and confidential information from any electronic device which belongs to you.
Termination
- KINGBuilder Limited can make reasonable changes to any of the term of consulting whenever we want to. We will notify the consultants in writing of any change before the date it comes into force.
- The contract is NOT for a fixed term; therefore the contract can be terminated with 6 months of the Consultant’s relative inactivity.
- KINGBuilder Limited or the Consultant can end the Consultant’s contract at any time by giving written notice of at least 30 days
- KINGBuilder Limited can terminate the contract of the Consultant without notice or payment of commission:
- If the Consultant commit any act or omission which we think is gross misconduct; or
- If the Consultant seriously breach his/her contract obligations; or
- If at any time we discover the Consultant have given false declarations which may deface the company
